Returns & Exchanges
NO CASH REFUNDS
We do not offer cash refunds for purchases or shipping charges. This includes returns for defective merchandise or for any other reason. Instead we will replace or exchange your purchase as described below.
Exchanges within 14 days of purchase
If, for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to goodshayari.com within 14 days of receipt of your order, and exchange it for another item(s) of equal value. No refund is available.
If you would like to return an item for exchange, there will be a $10.00 per item restocking fee and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item to us
Conditions for Exchanges
Any item returned for exchange must be in like-new condition and must be returned with ALL original manufacturer's packaging, packing materials, and must include all accessories and manuals that were originally included.
Purchases not returned as specified above will be refused at the customer’s expense.
Defectives
Within 90 Days
Any defective item may be replaced for the exact same item within 90 days of purchase. No cash refund is available for defective items or shipping charges.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the defective item to us.

Within One Year
The Customer may return defective items to goodshayari.com within one year of purchase for repair or replacement by paying the specified repair fee. This repair fee varies by product. Please call Customer Service to inquire about the amount of the Repair fee. There are no cash refunds available for defective items or shipping charges. Only manufacturer defects are covered; damage that may have occurred while in the possession of the customer, such as damage from dropping the product is not covered. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the defective item to us.
